It is a saw spring made of stainless steel that can be attached to a microcut saw or replaceable sanding strips. Only the device is truly supplied to the patient for professional safety and especially for the removal of excess amounts of resin, adhesive, cement and amalgam from the proximal parts of the filling material when interproximal access is not possible. Any damage to the contacts due to the very thin blade (0.05mm) can be eliminated. Refills of saw blades and sanding strips are available and sold separately. All components are Autoclaved by any means of 126º C, 147kPa, 16min.
