  • We have stopped this service due to the problems experienced in shipping and delivery with the free national cargo service.
  • The system automatically calculates larger cargoes according to the location of your country.
  • Our way of shipping products is DAP
  • Customs costs that may arise in your country's customs belong to the buyer.
  • Customs legislation differs from country to country. In case of any problem, you can consult your customs officer.
  • If a product goes to the buyer's customs and is not collected by the buyer, no refund will be made until it is returned to us. In such a case, round-trip shipping costs and a service fee of 10% of the product price will be deducted from your payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
  • If the product passes through customs directly and is on its way to the buyer, there is no possibility of the product being returned.
  • All our shipments are sent via PTS World. Pts uses cargo companies such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX.
  • With our updated shipping system, the product you purchase is delivered within 3 to 7 business days after it is shipped. However, this period may be extended due to delays in shipping.
  • Our average shipping time for a purchased product is 2-5 business days.
  • Since we offer increased transportation costs and fast delivery, the shipping fee is reflected in your orders at the payment stage.
  • Once you complete your order, you accept all of these terms. In case of dispute, these documents will be submitted to the payment institution.
